The tools you learn and develop while you are going through your therapeutic journey are meant to also allow you to improve your ability to self-soothe, create and maintain healthier boundaries in your relationships, make decisions more effectively, and to better support, assert, and advocate for yourself once therapy ends.

Mission: Our mission is to provide more accessible services to underserved clients, particularly in the LGBTQIA+ community, folx with neurodivergence, racial and ethnic minorities, and for other underserved populations who lack access to in-person services, or lack access to counselors competent in these areas due to living in areas that are smaller, more rural, or more conservative.
