Personal Bio

The core of who I am as a counselor is someone that is constantly assisting others with finding their authentic truth within who they are now. My professional journey as a therapist has been informed by trauma and the cycles we find ourselves within generationally, within our lifetime, and how we see them live out in relationships. I focus on assisting with acknowledging what you have navigated on your journey thus far and how these events and experiences have shaped you into the current version of yourself. This process is client led to assist clients with a natural balance of processing that isn’t difficult to process or jolting to your nervous system. My goal is to let your body and mind help lead us on the healing journey that makes sense to you.

“There are things about ourselves that we need to get rid of; there are things we need to change... The first thing we need to do is recognize and trust our own Inner Nature, and not lose sight of it." ~The Tao of Pooh

Some of my tools in therapy are utilizing strengths based, mindfulness, somatic practice, integrative mental health with holistic resources, reiki, trauma informed, and energy psychology. I honor the flow of our connection between therapist and client and recognize we are constantly in flux of learning from one another. The journey we go on within our session helps to illuminate paths you may have not seen before and help reinforce what your authentic flow looks like within your life now. If you choose to consider me as a therapist we will consult briefly before scheduling to consider if our connection fits for your specific journey. I look forward to connecting with you and discovering how I can assist within my knowledge and background to help you see yourself more authentically.
