HIRING FULLY LICENSED CLINICIANS

For those interested in joining  Suppression 2 Expression Counseling, please see below for information on what is provided for therapists and for expectations of therapists working at this practice.
Please be aware that currently priority is being given to clinicians with interest in working with couples/families, and/or children/adolescents as part of their caseload.

What We Provide

  • 100% telehealth, no physical office, you are in control of your own space
  • Complete schedule flexibility. You are a contractor and you make and maintain your own schedule, and you choose which clients you want to put on or take off of it
  • Generous Fee Split! You keep 85%, and only 15% goes to the practice for maintenance, credentialing, and insurance billing costs
  • Weekly Pay Outs
  • Credentialing and Insurance Billing services are provided for your convenience, allowing you to spend more time on your clients
  • Electronic Health Records with cloud-based software for documentation is provided for your convenience
  • HIPAA compliant video software provided for telehealth appointments through the EHR program
  • Personalized Business Cards (if you would like them!)
  • Access to worksheets and other materials for your clients through a secure Client Portal and Google Drive
  • Option for Marketing on the practice website, ability to add Psychology Today verified seal to your website bio

What is Expected

  • Professional conduct with clients and staff. Expectation to clearly communicate to clients about role, expectations, policies, terminations, and any fees
  • Responsible for handling your own administrative tasks – such as managing client emails, scheduling, intakes, billing non-insurance payments, paperwork, and terminations
  • This practice values contractors who have understanding and experience related to working with LGBTQIA+ issues, neurodivergence, race and ethnic minorities and otherwise underserved populations
  • Note that completion of client notes within 72 hours of appointment completion is recommended, insurance cannot be billed until notes are completed
  • Use of HIPAA Compliant Telehealth Video Software (if not using what is provided)
  • HIPAA Compliant workspace, must have a closed and private space to conduct telehealth sessions
  • Must have your own Professional Liability Insurance and provide your Proof of Insurance
  • Self-marketing. Referrals are provided as they come in, but they are not guaranteed
  • Work within your own scope of practice, refer out if needed. Assistance with finding referrals for clients will be provided at your request
