Professional Bio
Natty is dually licensed in Clinical and Macro Practice social work and has worked in multiple community mental health agencies, community based social service organizations, and most recently in private practice therapy. Natty graduated from Wayne State University with their MSW in 2004.
Natty's approach to working with people in therapy is non-binary and rooted in the belief that humans exist most authentically in a “both/and” place. While seemingly opposite, radical acceptance and working to change are equally essential to the process.

Personal Bio
As a neurodivergent, gender queer, queer person on the planet, my own journey of self acceptance has been arduous at times. I often remind myself to use an experimental mindset to challenge myself to try new things and adjust what works best for me. I use the tools I teach others daily to continue my own work to radically accept myself and others.
I offer non-hierarchical authenticity in healing work. I believe in cultural humility as my way of being and honor individuals by building mutual trust, respect, and understanding. I will walk alongside you as you lead your journey of self-discovery and transformation. I will work with you as you process past and present trauma, while providing support, encouragement, and tools for growth and change.
